Livery At Lincolnshire Wolds Equestrian
Set in the heart of the Wolds, just 10 minutes from Market Rasen, we offer
full livery services in a beautiful location with excellent hacking opportunities.
Very spacious 15ft x 15ft stone fronted boxes in an American Barn style, built
Summer 2006. Year round turn out.
Immediate access to off road hacking, with network of private tracks, bridleways
and quiet lanes.
Holiday Livery also available. Your horse stays with us while you are away.

Brook House Farm
Brook House Farm is a BHS approved riding school and livery yard.
Our B.H.S.A.I qualified instructors supervise all riding activities and liveries,
and we are insured for all riders aged 4 and over.
We offer lessons, hacks and full, part or working livery, grass and D.I.Y.
We are situated in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds at Scamblesby,
a small village just off the main A153 Horncastle to Louth road.
There are many horses regularly for sale. There are also 2 Coloured stallions at Stud. One pony 14.2 and a horse 16.1

Corner Farm Equestrian
A block paved stable yard set in 13 acres of well maintained grazing and
turnout pasture. 11 stables set in a horse-shoe design. A mud free and block
paved yard, centrally drained to a drainage well. The stables provide good
shelter from the cold winter weather. Flood lighting makes those early starts
and late finishes much easier for everyone.
11 stables - 9 of approx 12' x 12' (min) and 2 corner stables of approx 16' x 12' (min) ideal for mare and foal. All our stables have the latest design of rubber matting fitted throughout, together with fully automatic drinking troughs.
Toilet facilities and basic kitchen arrangements. 11 lockable chests with ample saddle and leather racking. Table and chairs make the tack room a sociable place which is double glazed and insulated to keep your tack and equipment secure, warm and dry. Alarmed to the house
The new menage 25m x 60m silica sand and turf-float topping, post and railed fencing with double oak gates. Now flood-lit and recently installed judging box. Full selection of poly-jumps
